I have came here a few other times and never had an issue getting my order right. Except today. I placed my order and the girl... at the front literally clicked on something else instead of what I had originally told her. I only had an hour lunch and by thetime I got back to work I realized it was completely wrong or else I would've gone back to have them fix it. I have alsooverheard the girl in front of me have the same issue. I understand new staff....but please explain to them the importance ofmaking sure they are putting in the right thing. Read more
This McDonald's is giving out adorable trick-or-treat buckets in their happy meals and my kids were so excited! The play place... at this location is great and kept my kiddos entertained for over an hour before I peeled them away. Read more
I drove a long way for my kids to play in the playplace after seeing it in the pictures. They must have taken that setup out... because it is now one of the smallest play structures I have seen. There are pictures of the new playplace in the reviews so youcan see what I'm talking about. A huge plus though, this is the first play place I've seen with its own kid bathroom. Thebuilding and play area is clean, the bathrooms don't have keypads to get in which is another plus. Read more
I love the workers but the GM and Jesus are the worst. I bought a $1 large fries and a soda. Total came out to $2.18. I handed... Jesus (short, older, Mexican man) $2 and ten cents. I knew I was eight cents short with cash so I asked to put the eight centson my card. He took my money, closed the drawer, printed out my receipt and walked away. Came back with my order and called meover to the register. Said he charged me wrong and still owed a dollar and nine cents. The receipt was correct. Nothing waswrong with the total. He refused to give me my food unless I paid more and harassed me about it. I?ve never had that happen tome before and feel disgusted. Read more
On top of the last review which I'll include below, DO NOT order here. This place with either the rude staff or food (if that's... what you can actually call it) has gone completely downhill. And... we just found a BEETLE in our damn bag. AbsolutelyDISGUSTING. Never coming to this location ever again. First initial review: "This McDonald's has been steadily getting worseand worse. Always newer younger management/crew has been coming through, and you can tell in the quality of what you get. Thefood is literally just slapped together and you always have to go back for something missing, they gave you the wrong order, thefood is straight cold, frys taste hours old. No institution is perfect by any means, but I've definitely been able to tell thathow this one operates is consistently declining. Might be our last time ordering here." Now a beetle in the bag?
