We went at about 7pm , and waited for our food until after 730pm . Not sure if the long wait is because of needing employees or... food appliances not working or whatever. This mac Donald's does need better improvement at night. Not sure how business is inthe morning but if it has the same results than I will keep the low service rating the same... just like that song from""grease"" you better shape up. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible service! I placed a mobile order, drove here, checked into spot 3 and... waited for over an hour for 3 kids meals for my kiddos! They were so excited for the new Halloween buckets they brought back andI asked multiple times for assistance and they just said, ?I?ll check on that for you? as they delivered meals to other vehiclesnear me and nothing was done for me. I went in to speak with a manager and my order vanished from my mobile app but my bank wasalready charged and I had the receipt on my email. I asked for a refund but they made my food instead and no apology was given.Absolutely worst service at this location. Not coming back. Read more
Went there a few days ago. Got us some cheeseburgers, fries, a hot and spicy chicken sandwich and a pair of drinks. The chicken... sandwich was the only good item. The fries were hard as rocks and the drinks literally tasted like mold and nearly made usgag. This McDonald?s is just super inconsistent? probably my first 1-star experience here. Read more
It's sad that I saw a meme online that said the Ronald McDonald from 20 years ago is gone and it's 20 years later grown up adult... that likes a kind of modern look but it's still you know McDonald's. I know that they're going for like the updated version Lookand but I brought my child here to play and it was just kind of sad. Keep telling myself I'm not going to come here anymore but when I'm in a pinch for time... Four piece nugget, two of them were... stuck together not cooked fully. First window girl with long eyelashes said they were. No- I used to have my food handlerslicense also. Had to come back through the drive-thru. I had asked ahead of time to make sure the nuggets were okay due to manyprevious problems. Even though I asked they didn't check them. Something in the iced coffee has 'turned' also. Read more
The only thing good about this place is they had a ice cream machine working so I got a Sundae. Very stale hamburger buns. The... fries were so stale they tasted like potato chips. They didn't add napkins to the bag so I had to ask for them. So he gives methese orange stained napkins face up that clearly had Hi-C spilled on them or someone else is drink. This the type of place thatwould pick fries off the ground and put them back in your bag just to save money. BUT The sundae machine was working. Read more

I have enjoyed Many Many value meals And Ice cream cones At this location. They have double lanes on the drive-through so wait... time seem to be short I have always been able to eat and run on my hour lunch break I will say this though One time I went Tothe Drive-through ordered a meal and an ice cream cone and when I got to the window for delivery they gave me my ice cream cone1st Then gave me my food think about it .... I think should be the other way around Definitely should give you Your food anddrink 1st and your ice cream cone last because you don't have any free hands to grab the food if you have an ice cream conemelting in your hands Other than that it's a great place Read more
