Probably the most ignored and neglected I've felt at any establishment lol. The employee with my To-Go bag didn't even give me a... chance to ask for my 2 large cups I ordered. Every single time I go into this McDonald's, there is a vacant front-counter, witha group of employees and managers murmuring to themselves in a giant group, facing directly away from the customer counter. It'sactually laughable how much these employees don't seem to care there are customers who actually eat the food they're making. The play area was open! I was so excited! So we decided to go. We got there and the play area was disgusting!!! It hadn't been... cleaned in quite some time. Even when we asked the server for a rag to clean up some vomit he never returned with one. ThisMcDonald's was amazing for years until this last year. Such a bummer. Read more
Extremely rude drive thru worker!! Sooo Impatient and horrible manners! Screamed at us thru the speaker when we were nothing but... respectful! Sent my 9-year-old son in with the phone to get the dollar large french fry and he comes back without change. The cashier... decided I guess since he's a kid he didn't need his change back. I then went in and asked her about the change which thatcashier which happened to be the manager told me there was none saying that the math was wrong. Went back to the car use thecalculator and she did stiff me 23 cents. Yeah it's not a lot but the fact that she would take advantage of a 9-year-old kid andthen lie to me about how much is owed it's just pathetic. But they do make great caramel frappuccinos(not her tho) that's all Ican say good for them... Read more

This was the worst experience at a McDonald?s I?ve ever had. The cashier had no idea how to ring up a two cheeseburger combo.... She then did not know how to customize the cheeseburgers. They charged me for a medium watermelon slushy but only gave me asmall. And I tried to use my points to get a free happy meal but they did not add my points on there. Very unhappy with thislocation and needs new manager. Read more
Such a great McDonald?s. I?ve come here quite a few times as it is nearby and I?ve always had a great experience. Quick service... even when the line is wrapped around the complex. The food is served fresh and the employees are nice. Keep it up! Read more
