This is our neighborhood McDonalds and for the past eight years it has become terrible. Service most often is non existent,... food is lukewarm or stale and the orders are hardly ever correct. We don?t go there as often because of this experience. I thinkthe general management and ownership is either unaware of the facts or the bottom line is not impacted because its McDs. Adviceif you want the best experience possible there go between the hours of 8am and 2pm its a running joke at our household butappears to be when run a little better. Thats not always a guarantee. Our experience last night was horrible dried hard chickensandwiches. Missing condiments, room temperature food, limp fries, and the most amazing thing was their pop was flat. I always enjoy the food here. However, I have never had a pleasant experience with the staff. They are either always rude or... inattentive to the customers, management is very unpleasant, and the sound of staff and managers arguing and screaming ateachother is not what I want to hear while enjoying my food. I leave this review for other people wanting to eat here, I knowvery well that this will never change. Read more
I was having a little difficulty with technology accessing my apple pay card on my phone to pay at the store and finding a code... for my meal and the associate that helped me was so kind that she got my bill for me . Wow! I am impressed and blessed by thisyoung woman living the values of w customer service and going abive and beyond to making the customers experience remarkable .As a person who is in charge of a twam myself I want to tell management that ?You guys are very lucky to have her on your team ? Been coming here off and on for the last 3 months. Most of the employees have been kind and pleasant to speak with. Young man... with the middle name of James was kind and professional on multiple visits. While visiting for breakfast with my son one oftheir employees sarcasticly ask if we knew how to open a door with using the handle. My son and I choose to open public doorswith our key hook for obvious reasons. It's not appropriate to speak to customers in this manner. I talked with Shawn themanager and he said he has spoke with her before. Shawn was professional and polite. Perhaps I can visit when this particularrude employee isn't working their shift. Spending more time cleaning than ridiculing customers may be beneficial to theiremployment. The glass door was dirty from others that you chose not to be mean to. Do your job and try being polite insteadbeing mean and nasty. I can only imagine how you act at home. Read more
So gross! This food is just garbage I don't know anyone eats it!! No wonder we're all so screwed up! Go gluten and dairy free... and watch your sugar and fat intake and you'll see how much better you feel physically emotionally and mentally! I used to thinkvegans were weird and missing out but I only recently found out Oh my Gosh! They have it almost right! I think you need to stopallow yourself lean Meat nothing breaded or too greasy unless it's Sunday and you want you bacon and whatever else. This was one of the big macs we received on a Saturday night after being asked to pull to the front to wait for an additional 25... minutes. After going through the reviews and seeing so many negative ones, I imagine this location is really closer to a 3 staras it seems to have a lot of random 4 or 5 star reviews with nothing written; which seems sort of fake. You'd be safer going toa different McDonalds location. Read more
My brother son and grandson got diarrhea after eating greasy burgers at my grand daughters birthday party. It was a scramble to... bathrooms when we got home. It was my first time there due to I'm from out of state and specificity drove 13 hours to be herefor my grand daughters birthday. I enjoyed my dinner it was very good. The worst thing about this mcdonalds is the parking lot. It gets pretty busy here sometimes and the way the parking lot is set... up can make it a bit of a nightmare to get in and out without blocking the road. But the workers are very nice, they doublecheck the orders before I pay, and I've never had to deal with missing items here. Quick service too! Great McDonalds all andall :) Read more
