Order was correct and prepared in a timely manner and employees are very friendly. Restaurant and restroom was very clean.
Easter Sunday this year Mom wanted KFC so I stopped at the Surprise location. Worst decision I think I made in years, told only... dark meat available in the bucket and when I got home and opened up the bag rhe chicken looked like it was on the rack for thewhole shift and cooked again every hour just to keep it warm. Well longer story short, District office sent me a certificate formy loss of money and the store on Union hills & 92nd ave made it right as it could be. The reviews for union hills aremissleading, I found it clean, well run and the people i dealt with were very pleasant. The chicken came in both dark and whiteand very tasty. Fresh too. Not fond of the biscuits though, seems something changed with them. . That's why only 4 stars. When Iwant kfc again, I'll drive the extra few miles. Read more
Okay gave them another chance. Once again, they got the order wrong. This time they were unwilling to correct it. Wanted to... charge me full price for something that was supposed to be included in the box combo that I ordered. Didn't get my order rightand unwilling to fix it. Read more
We stopped in for a quick take home meal and, after reading the reviews, I feel like I hit the lottery! I encountered no... problems with either food quality, nor with the employees. I would rate this location unusually slow for how few customers therewere at the time. I do feel that the employees and the location as a whole would benefit from extra training, especiallyconcerning what I witnessed to be a problem customer in line before us. Read more
I like the food and everything but three times I've been there the last month I had to deal with this tall kid with long black... hair chubby face he needs to go. All three times I've had to deal with him he's a little whiner I give him a simple order and hewhines like" really " a complainer. My wife purchased 2 tacos and an order of fried chicken. the tacos were OK but the chicken was terrible. It was cold and the... skin was almost burnt to a crisp and the same went for the meat. It had to be thrown away as we were not going to make a returntrip to return it for any replacement. I tried to call their number to speak to the manager several times to voice my complaintbut never got an answer to my calls. It just rang and rang until it finally went to a busy signal. This is not my first time Ihave had problems with the food at this location and we kept trying to get satisfaction as we love KFC but I will drive milesout of my why to get some rather then give this location any more of my business and money. Just ordered a spicy chicken sandwich at 11:30 a.m. and it's cold.... I don't like wasting my money for cold food, this location... is trash. Read more
