Stephanie the store manager is very unprofessional, took 1.5 hours to get food then it did not show up accurately . Missing one... sandwich and 2 chips. Only realized it was the chips at first then saw it was also the sandwich which I told her right when Isaw that. She then questioned me on why I didn't say that first and got very rude. She also did not offer to re deliver and toldme I could not get a refund on my card told me she could put it on my rewards account but I wouldn't be able to see it and itwould only be for that store. Ordered two subs, requested and paid for extra meat in each, do not receive. Sandwixh not cut in half. After 45mins front order... , base oder was ready but none of extras on bag at pick up, which should have included 3 cookie, 3 bags of chips. and threepickles cut in half, had to wait ten mins, for them to get me these items, excuse they were really busy...Why order ahead?? Food is great however the hipsters that work here don't Greet you don't day hi welcome in. I stared at em saying hi can I order... he put a thumbs up with no smile not even a smirk just deadpan face didn't even speak until he's said the price ???? embarrassing also no name tags in this establishment. I know there are people who like Jimmy Johns but I do not count myself among them. I find the sandwiches to be bland. The bread... is dry, and overall very meh. The best thing they have going for them is they are fast if you are in a rush, but there are manybetter sub places. Read more
Well again tonight the 2nd time I drove to Jimmy John's looking to get my sandwich I love, I arrived at 8:56 pm in the shop and... got told they were already shut down, I could not order. I think maybe they should change the hours to "if you arrivebefore 8:45 pm you should be able to get a sandwich" but if after you won't get one. A word to the wise don't get a cravingfor Jimmy John's. I have since this happened been able to get the #9 Italian Nightclub, this sandwich is my personal favorite and I would recommend someone try, although all of the sandwiches are delicious! Do not order delivery online! I ordered lunch for a noon delivery at 10 in the morning. When it did not arrive by 12:10 I... called Jimmy John's they said the delivery driver was leaving and would be there shortly. Another 15 minutes passed and Icalled back to speak with the manager, he said it was being just now getting ready to go. Another 10 minutes later it had stillnot arrived so I called back again and it had still not left for delivery. My place of business is less than 2 miles away fromthis location.
