Food was very good and online ordering was nice. Only hiccup was I asked for the order to be handed to me directly from the... delivery driver and he left at the resort front desk. I called for updates and since there is no communication directly withdriver I had to wait until he returned to the store to find out where my order was. Suggest real time delivery updates via theapp with an option to message driver directly. Read more

I love Jimmy John?s, but this location is having some major issues. Went in today at 7:00 pm and was told they were out of... regular bread. This is the second time this has happened at this location on two out of my four prior visits. Don?t understandhow a sub shop can run out of bread by seven when you are open until 10. On another occasion, the kickin ranch was super runnyand did not look like the normal thing. Lastly, in their app, it shows you can do pickup or curbside, but they in fact do nothave curbside and will make you walk inside even though curbside is still an option in their app. I have called the customerservice line multiple times to advise them of the issues and nothing has been done. We had an order placed online 2 days before the actual pick up day. As we were headed to Lake pleasant we stopped by to pickup... our order. And they didn't have it ready. The excuse was they had an employee call out . Our pick up time was at 2 pm. They hadplenty of time to either fill our order or at least inform us that they would not be able to get our order done. So we couldmake other plans. But we got nothing. We asked for our money back. And they voided our order but was disappointed that they didnot offer to make it up or even inform us so we could make other plans. Read more

Placed a delivery order 5/19 it arrived 3 hours late. I refused the order and asked for management to contact me. After weeks of... emails to corporate the manager ?Brad? emailed me. I asked him for a refund for my order and provided the details. He assured meit would be taken care of. It has now been 7 weeks and I have yet to get a refund or a response from Brad. I will be contactingmy bank to have it handled and reaching out to corporate to let them know how you guys failed at every aspect of customerservice. Won?t get another dollar of my money. Read more

Walked up at 6:30 saw that they only accept online orders walked back to my car placed an online order then waited about 15... minutes. Walked up to them placing a ?we?re closed? sign? The person at the front said they close at 7 when it was 6:51? He toldme ?he voided all orders, so they can?t make a turkey sandwich? maybe tell your customers before they wait in their car thattheir order is voided? Read more

Visiting from Mississippi and went to one of my favorite sub places back home... Jimmy John's! My sister and I (who I haven't... seen in over a year) treated ourselves to lunch out! Service was great... Greeted with a smile and our food exceeded ourexpectations! My only regret .. should have gotten a giant instead of.a regular size sub. The dining area was clean andspacious (music a tad bit loud for us but was still able to hold conversation). The bathroom was clean and humorous too ...Ilike the 'uranus' facts located in front of the toilet.???? That made me chuckle to read and take care of business at same time????. If you can get a sandwich here they are generally good but, there has been a few times when the bread has been hard. The reason... for the two stars is because I've been here a few times recently and they don't even have bread to make sandwiches which I findinexcusable for a sandwich shop. I'd liken it to a butcher not having meat. I'm not sure what's going on here lately but somebetter management needs to take place. I've also gone in here several times in the recent past and I've been told there's a20-30 minute wait...which is not freaky fast at all. Again, I'll chalk it up to a management issue. Both issues could becorrected with proper management. I haven't gone to Jersey Mike's in a long time but it may be time to start going across thestreet. Get it together Jimmy! Read more

Last Saturday I placed an order at 11:59am. I walked in the door at 12:20pm and my order wasn't ready. I understand that... Saturday's are busy but there were 4 orders on the counter not bagged and it seemed that the employees were lost. Finally theyasked the delivery guy to start help packing the orders. 3 other people were waiting for online orders plus 7 groups of 1 to 2people were waiting for their orders. There needs to be a better system at this place. The weekend before they had no bread atnoon. Long story short I didn't get my sandwiches till 12:40...this is not "freaky fast!" Read more
