This location never ever ever gets my sub orders from the app correct . Not ever !! I'm not ever complicated customer. We're... talking two of the same damn subs every time. !! White American is not provolone and extra cheese to be Swiss!! With extralettuce!! I'm paying for the extra what is the issue??! As much as these subs cost I could easily start making my own . The staff is ran by a bunch of kids that don?t necessarily care weather or not you?ve got your correct order. Picked up my... families order for dinner and they told me they ran out of onions and bacon?. A sandwich shop running out of toppings? thatwasn?t a huge issue though I understood, and said it?s okay. Upon coming home and unwrapping our meals, we find that our $60sandwiches were all wrong. Even down to the bread. They confused wheat with white. Please stay away until management starts tocare. Inflation is too high to be wasting your money especially here. Read more

The food and sandwiches are always great but skip the drinks! I don't know why they're soda station always smells like a sewer

Very first time to a Jersey Mikes as I got a flyer in the mail and it was a complete joke. Tried calling to place a pick up... order for 30 minutes. Came into the store after waiting and called in front of worker who said phones were working completelyfine. Their phone volume was not up at all, completely silent. Worker shrugged off and asked was he could get started for me.Just wanted me out of his hair. Wouldn?t give me a receipt until I asked for one either. Unprofessional staff and horriblecustomer service. Didn?t even fix the phone while I was there either, just went about their shift. Didn?t even bother asking fora manager or a GM because I know how restaurants like this work, they?ll say they?ll fix it and they?ll talk to their employeesfor a better experience next time or offer some kind of coupon but really they don?t care, they just want to try and savethemselves from the negative review and get you to shut up. Maybe they should work on that before it gets to that point. I wouldsay I?m never eating here again, but they don?t care about that either or else they would have care about my experience thefirst time. Read more

I'm surprised by all the negative reviews as I frequent this location fairly regularly and have only had my order mixed up one... time. I typically order through the app so I do not interact much with the employees so I can not speak to the customer servicebut whenever I go in to pick up my food they appear to be very busy and working hard to get all the orders done. Food is alwaysgood and I have no complaints. I would suggest trying to order your food ahead of time through the app if the customer serviceis the concern because it is super quick and easy. Lousy.....stuff just looks at you with the eyes of someone on life support, no hustle no intellect of any kind....on top if that... can't figure out how to not over charge for things they don't have that come on your sandwich.... useless staff, void ofunderstanding costumer service Read more
