My family and I just walked out of this location in the midst of trying to place an order. The girl at the register was very... unpleasant as though she is angry about something. She couldn't muster a "Hi!" or smile, and instead she was glaring at thecustomers. This is the second time we have been here and encountered this kind of behavior. It was another girl in the previoustime, and she was grumpy too. It was as though the employees were having some kind of trouble going on. The girl who was makingthe juice seemed upset, and her eyes were puffy as though she had been crying. Furthermore the Watermelon Breeze she made tastedlike banana, and banana is not supposed to be one of the ingredients! Manager, I hope you take the time to thoroughly train youremployees. Smoothie was very bland I guess every location makes it different I know they go by the same measurements but something is off... with the ingredients. I won't be returning. Read more

I don't normally give out 1 stars but this experience left me feeling like I had to. My sister and brother in law joined me on... this trip for some dinner time smoothies. They both ordered their drinks and then I. A young gentleman was taking our order andmaking our drinks. The first two came out and then we were just left waiting. A friend of the young man behind the counter camein and our third drink was completely forgotten about as he chatted up and made a drink for his friend instead. (Which I'mpretty sure wasn't paid for?) Anyway, another 10 minutes goes by before one of the other staff realizes there's still an orderwaiting(yes, mine) and quickly makes it for us. She apologized for the wait and upgraded the size of the drink. I would leave itthere but my sister's drink the young man had made was virtually undrinkable. First it was a frozen mess when it was given to usand then when she could finally get any liquid out, the drink was so clearly over matcha-ed, it was like she was just drinkingthe powder. We ended up just throwing away the drink because it was so disgusting. All this to say, I'm VERY disappointed andwill never be going back to this location again. Read more
I honestly haven't been to a juice bar type environment in years. That being said, this was a pleasant experience. The staff was... very personable even with a decent line forming. Waited maybe 10 minutes for 3 large drinks. They even have an oatmilk optionwhich was a great surprise! Read more
Employees are lazy and ignore you. Bathroom was a complete mess, toilet paper dispenser wasn?t even refilled nor was there any... trash taken out of ANY garbage cans.
