This was my first time visiting this location and I had Tori take my order. I ordered a smoothie and asked if I could use this... 50% off any item promotion and gave her my name and she said nothing came up, then my phone number for my account and she saidnothing came up, I gave her my email and spelled it out and she said nothing came up, gave her my name again which I spelled outfor her and had to repeat over 3 times. She laughs and goes ?oops I spelled it wrong? and proceeded to read back the same emailI gave her originally. Then she says she can see the promotion on screen but doesn?t know how to put it in and insisted I haveto pay full price for the item. Honestly, I?ve had nothing but issues at this store. My previous order, I ordered a large only to be given 2 smalls with the... explanation that they were out of large cups. Today, I ordered 2 Aloha Pineapple smoothies only to get home and find out theyare Razzmatazz. If I?m never going to get what I ordered, why would I go back? I have given them multiple chances but it?s onlygetting worse. I have not had issues at any other Jamba Juice locations so my advice is to avoid the Lake Pleasant/Happy Valleylocation at all costs.
