It's Jack in the Box LOL they're pretty f****** good if you get either the tacos, the chicken strips, or the sourdough jack.... Those are the only reasons I go there but they're all great reasons to go LOL and their customer service is way better thanMcDonald's lol Read more
My seroto Jack bread was really strangely hard. Not crunchy hard just like solid hard like on the corners where edges. And not... only that but the jalapeno poppers were extremely wet and way too hot. Read more
This location has become awful. I?ve gone there 6 times in the past 2 months and have not ordered. One time, they said they were... closed for 30 minutes. Another time their fountain drinks were completely out. Another time I went inside because I sat at thedrive thru for 5 minutes with no response. When I went inside, I stood there for a few minutes, employees saw me, but did notacknowledge me. I just went there tonight and the drive thru was packed as well as the inside. From now on, I?ll be driving afew miles out of my way to go to the one on 51st and Thunderbird to get service. I?m not sure what has happened in the pastyear, but this location has gone straight down tubes in service. Awful. Read more
I knew I shouldn?t have stopped here in the evening. The drive-through took so long to get through. But I keep giving them... chances to hopefully fix their work ethic. Seems like they take 10 to 15 minutes to take an order for one car. And I will morethan likely come back?, just not in the evening. Maybe it?s better during breakfast and lunch. But so far in the evenings ithasn?t been A good experience. Read more
Disappointed. They forgot my 2 tacos bt didn't forget to charge me for them & it was the one specific thing I was craving. Curly... fries were all the left-over gross ones that sit at the bottom of the pan. I specifically requested NO straws & they gave me 4,SPECIFICALLY asked for their lime sauce (4x's & was listed as 1 of the options) food was barely warm & no napkins whatsoever. This business is great!????the cashier really took his time to explain to me my options. This is what I call great customer... service and I wish I had his name to share it with you all. This Jack in the box is horrible. They can never take your order. If its not there card reader its the system rebooting. I think... I was only ever able to order from here maybe once or twice in the past 2 or so years. Seriously. I stop going to this one, andgo to the one in sun city and 99th and thunderbird. I tried to order food 3 nights ago and they said there system was down ,then saw a car in the driveway for a period of time since i went to carls jr across the street. It seems the ppl on The latersift use this as a way to avoid work. Until reviews get better avoid this trashy Business. Read more
