Very good Jack in the Box. Very fast and friendly. Food was correct and perfect. Southwest Chicken Salad had a nice sized piece... of grilled chicken and the whole salad was delicious. Had a Strawberry Shake too which was equally delicious. Liked it a lot. Read more
Overall seemed pretty clean inside.. regular jack in the box.. I grabbed my order inside to go.. it was missing a 5pc chicken... nuggets... I called and talk to manager Claudia and said I'd be heading back towards that way if I can pick it up... She wasvery polite and respectful and apologized. My nuggets were replaced quickly when I showed up and Claudia apologized again... Itwasn't to big of a deal but the customer service was very much appreciated... Thank you Claudia and her team !! The lobby was empty except for us the other tables were not cleaned. Employees are not wasting there hands after going into the... bathroom. The food was good though but I wish the person taking the order would have greeted us or something instead of lookinglike we was wasting her time. Yes they were putting the load away the first girl greeted us then I said I was not ready so shecalled someone from the back. That's were it got bad service I have not been there in awhile but it looks like I'll be drivingout of my way for good food and service. Ok went back to Jack in the box What a great chance someone turned this place aroundfor the greater this crew was on top of all orders drive thru was busy and inside was good to there were two head of me but thefood came out fast and hot and the french fries were great. I was getting lunch for the office and had a slightly large order. The ladies at the front counter greeted me with a smile and... both were very sweet. The Store Mgr, Emelda, was extremely helpful, as they were out of drink cup holders so she went and founda small cardboard box that worked perfectly! And even helped me carry it all out to my car. I was pleasantly surprised to seesuch excellent customer care from a fast food joint. What service! Thanks again ladies, keep up the great work! I'll definitelybe back.. Read more
The drive thru was rude and the food was not what I remembered. The jalapeño poppers were dry because there was no cheese and... the tacos were missing some stuff too. It's ok I guess because fast food is always bad but this time was really disappointing. Read more
Wow McDonald's was very busy across the street so went to Jack in the box. Clerk greeted promptly and said I'll be with you in a... minute. I said that's okay haven't made my mind up yet. So she asks another clerk to wait on us since she was busy. This clerkno greeting or smile. Lobby was empty no guests. Some dirty tables and floor. I ordered the cheesy bacon double burger combothat was on promo sign. Husband ordered sourdough combo. Read more
The "ladies" that appeared to be the day managers or whatever just yelled across the restaurant to a friend in Spanish and just... made me stand there until she was done. They ignored me for almost 5 minutes and when they finally got to me, my bag of food wassitting there the whole time... not very professional I would say. **update** I recieved a message from the owner acting Likethey cared about my issue. They gave me a site to email them and told me to get in touch to discuss further. We'll first of allthe site didn't exist.. so I looked up my own way to email the chain owner and did.
