Absolutely terrible. They did not listen what so ever. I asked for 3 different sandwiches and only got 2 and I asked for a... pumpkin spice shake AND and Oreo shake. But no it was an Oreo pumpkin mix? the lady asked us 4 TIMES what we ordered and thenshe said we never asked for what we ordered. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again. Did you read the bad reviews? Well, its unclear why because this was an exceptional experience (actually we come here alot and... dont encounter any problems) Food was perfectly cooked as requested and was greeted with kindness and professionalism at thedrive-through order, At the window (sorry didnt get her name) and when worker Juan brought the food was brought to the car (Iordered for a lot of people) he was exceptionally polite and reiterated what items should be in the bags. Ordered through door dash and didn't receive an entire meal and drink, called for 45 minutes straight with no answer. As someone... who's done 10 and 1/2 years of food management, I can definitely say this is sad. The only constant with this location isinconsistency. Read more
Absolute worst experience I?m a construction worker and I pull up in my big company truck I already know I cannot go through the... drive-through so I park I walked up to the dining room and yes it?s closed and they want to say that they?re shorthanded becausethey only have two cars in the drive-through so I patiently wait for the cars to order and then I walk up and say hello overwith the menu is that where you would order your food I get no response so then I knock on the door and I see the woman hind andthen I walked up to the window and patiently wait for the cards and moves and I can ask if I can order my food which then I amnow being grilled by the woman that works there saying that I?m yelling at her that I?m pounding at her windows. And telling methat if I didn?t like it I can go to McDonald?s and order my food there so I will say that this is probably the worst experienceever had your dining room is closed because it too much for them. The ladies in the morning are my favorite, always so kind. Ordered the spicy curly fries with cheese, jalapeño and bacon. Loved... them the first time I got them. I have mixed emotions about this location, one visit they are serving excellent food. Next visit meat is over cooked and fries... are not cooked well. I ordered a jumbo jack meal with cheese, burger had burnt taste to it and fries were half cooked. Burgerwas beautifully presented as you can see but tasted over cooked. The tea that I ordered had a sour taste, they definitely do notclean the tea tins here. Clean your tea tins please! Read more
If you want late night munchies, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! This location is AWFUL, in every sense of the word!... They?re supposed to be 24-hours, but randomly close. And the kitchen is filthy. They?re always out of something, the system isdown, they can only take cash, one thing after another. The night girl is beyond rude.
