Went through the drive thru line because I have 2 kids and it's difficult getting them in and out of the car. I needed room... temperature/warm water for my baby..I was just going to buy a bottle of water but they were cold. One of the workers knew it wasfor a baby so she gave me a cup of warm water!! Wow...... what a totally disappointing stop at this Jack in the Box today. I was really looking forward to having a couple of... Jack in the Box tacos and I had a craving for orange soda. What a total disappointment. I stood at the order area to order forfive minutes there was no one in front of me, and the lady working in the back looked at me five times,, turned and looked attwo girls chatting behind her,, and never once told them that somebody would like to order. After 5 minutes they came and tookmy order. I used the restroom and it was dirty and there was no toilet paper in the stall that I was in. All I saw was ladiesworking there that day so I'm very surprised that they kept their bathroom so unkempt. A lady came from behind the counter veryquickly to tell me I wasn't allowed to take photos in there, and I kindly asked to see the posting of that because I didn't seethat sign posted anywhere. She never came back to show me a posting. If she was as quick to have taken my order today I'm sure Iwould not be giving them a bad review. The only reason I'm giving it a 2 is because the tacos were actually good. I hope themanagers or owners see this review because this team here has a long way to go when it comes to customer service. Drove to this Location on Wed 22 around 930 pm, drive thru had a chair blocking it. I proceeded to park next to 3 other cars. ... I was able to see people inside mingling with employees but the doors were locked. I know the drive thru states 24 hours andThe lobby closes at 10pm. I did call and leave a message with the number on the business to ask them to update the hours. Thisis my 3rd time trying to purchase food at this location. There are some new gourmet fries on the menu that looked delicious. There were two kinds for $3 each and steak and parm was one... of them, and I forget the other. Anyways, the drive thru gal had no clue what I was asking for, asked me to pull up to thewindow to order, and then proceeded to take the next car's order while also trying to fill mine. It took forever just to placethe order, and I had to pull around and wait almost 10 min for my food. Upon getting my home, the fries looked as follows -nothing at all like the menu item neither in container, ingredients, or even the style of fries. They tasted terrible and I wasdefinitely overcharged when one takes into account that they forgot my tacos. Worst fast food experience ever.
