I have been coming to this location almost every day for the past month and I can say every single employee I have encountered... had excellent customer service. Day or night. Dine in or drive thru. Every single person working here works well with theircoworkers and they are so kind to the people coming in and out. That is rare to find in fast food but this location is somethingspecial. The food is good however the portions are kind of small. We made the mistake of ordering our food to be dine in, and as we... later found out they serve you to food on a plate and your side dishes are half the size they would be if you took the food togo. The wings have almost no meat on them and the thighs are much smaller than any other company that I know of but the fooddefinitely tastes good there just needs to be more of it. If we weren't using coupons that were providing a decent discount itwould not be worth going there at all. It seems to take them forever to put your food on a plate and hand it to you I think ittook them about 3 minutes to put the chicken on a plate and then it sat there for another three or four minutes and they finallydecided to scoop a side onto the plate, but I guess there was some glitch finding the second salad for our meal so it all setthere for another minute or two getting cold while they found a salad. It even took forever to place the order at thebeginning even though there was nobody in line whatsoever the people were just running around. There is basically one guytaking the orders and filling the orders and three other employees basically watching him do his work. It was very frustratingbecause what should have been a minute and a half process took almost 15 minutes just to get our food from the time we walked inthe restaurant. Read more
I had the quaso Blanco burrito today & it was fabulous. Hot, tasty, prepared quickly & just enough to fill me up. Got the mild... salsa but did not need it. Chips & salsa were great treat later. Superb unsweetened ice tea & plenty of napkins. I did not goinside but drive up was incredible service with a very nice person giving me hot food & a cold drink. I?m so glad I took advantage of free delivery! I didn?t think they?d deliver to me as far away as I am. But they use contract... delivery service such as door dash in my area and it wasn?t a problem at all. Even though I had to call and correct the deliveryaddress I entered because of my fat thumbs. When I called to correct my address, the young lady who answered the phone was veryhelpful and the driver, Deborah, was very nice. My order got to me quicker than most pizza delivery I get out here on the westsides perimeter. The food was just as I remember it from back in the day at a San Diego location I used to go to quite a bitand was still pretty hot when it was delivered. I?m pretty happy, especially since the location I used to go to here in thevalley that was close to me closed down years ago for some unknown reason.
