My husband and I stopped here a little before 5pm on Sunday, 10/16/22. We went through the drive thru window. We ordered 2 hot... coffees. They were given to us and neither was hot-they were barely warm. The guy at the window said there was no more hotcoffee!! How can you not have hot coffee at a coffee shop??! We paid $6.09 for 2 HOT coffees, and got 2 coffees that werebarely warm. :( The guy at the window offered us iced coffees. We didn't want Iced coffees, we wanted HOT coffee. You'resupposed to be able to choose at this place. It was 2 hours until closing. I went to this location by myself a week and a halfago. Same thing happened, and their doors were locked at 5pm, so I couldn't go back and ask for hot coffee. I thought it was afluke. It's not a fluke. Don't go here if you want hot coffee. I was ordering the first time using the app. And I select wrong store which is not the nearest to my house and make the order .... I went for pick up to the nearest store and told them my name and they couldn?t find my order . And we find out I make the orderin another store 4 mile away . But this amazing manger I wish I knew her name asked me what is in my order and save my daywithout paying extra .what a leader treating customers by going extra mile !! We love rolling through this drive through. My 2 year old loves to place her order of a pink donut with sprinkles and enjoys... chatting with the cashier when we pay for our goods. The staff here is friendly, patient, and very helpful. Read more
LOVE THIS LOCATION. The manager is awesome. She keeps things running in a timely manner, which is why the line moves so quick. I... love that my drink is always good, no matter who makes it, it always tastes the same. My old location used to be hit or missdepending on the day. The rest of the staff is great too. The 3 young men that I see working in there regularly are always sofriendly and never keep you waiting long. Nothing but great things to say about this location! Read more
I ordered (10) Dozen Donuts on the phone - the staff on the phone was super helpful, and the manager/designer of the donuts did... a GREAT job, awesome effort and putting your heart into these. They didnt charge me but for a normal dozen price for each, andthe effort was amazing. Really great work. I wanted to makes sure the Manager knew how much we appreciated everything. Read more
Placed a mobile order for pick up. First off, the cashier was pretty rude. He pointed me down to the pickup spot. When I told... him my order had a dozen donuts, he reached over the counter and ripped the receipt off of my drink to check it. He then juststarted tossing whatever donuts he decided in the box. Worst part of it all is when I got home and realized my sandwich wascharred around the edges and on top. Check my picture to see it. I only asked for it toasted, not burned. Quick drive through, fairly friendly and cheap. Food thrown together which is ok I guess. Bacon has lots of fat. I don't eat at... other fast food places because of this and I'll give it one more try before I don't eat sandwiches here either. I know it's adonut place but I don't eat donuts. Read more
Coffee is good. However, customer service is lacking. Girl at the drive-through window handed me my straw and then my drink a... minute later I said thank you and during the whole interaction I did not get one single word from her. Not a hello or a have anice day. Or a smile. I think it?s super weird to not say a single word to your customer.. if you?re having a bad day put on asmile and pretend you?re happy and not miserable.
