Dunkin has really gone down the drain. These employees make more than they ever have before and they are doing an even worse... job. Also, a donut shop without donuts.. WHAT?! This place is completed trash! Order inaccuracies , food arrived cold like itjust came out of the fridge, and I got some nicely crumbled up napkins that look like they had already been used. We live nearby and currently this location is the most convenient for us. Unfortunately, we've received better overall... satisfaction from other area locations we have visited. At times when using the drive thru here ( while no other cars werepresent), there's been a longer period of time than usual (several minutes) where no one inside is requesting your order. Weirdthat you have to start saying "hello, hello is anyone there?" Lol Because of this, I've actually thought a few times it wasclosed! They've also frequently run out of supplies too. On various visits there were no Straws, and then specific cup size wasunavailable, and blueberry muffins sold out in very early morning. And then their frozen machine breaks! It's strange how eachtime we go, we seem to encounter an issue with one thing or another, unlike our experiences at other locations. Some of thestaff is very friendly, while others not so much. Good service, good prices as usual in DD. Hot cappuccinos are awesome here. But they were low on donuts.
This has probably been one of the worst Dunkins I have ever been to. You get attitude from the staff, they didn't have any... donuts, our food looks nothing like what we should have gotten. We asked for sugar & they had no regular sugar. I will literallynever go back & I will tell everyone of this horrible experience. Read more
We went & got Donuts and coffee the drinks were fine but the 3/5 is because of the service. I asked for the young lady what type... of donuts they had because I was in the passenger seat & couldn?t see & instead of just saying some she just said ? it?s on themenu.? Like sis obviously I can?t see it that?s why I asked in the first place. The menu should be on both sides not just one.That way we can see because some items are online but they don?t have them in store. Read more
I love these people, super friendly staff. The one thing I would say, about Dunkin as a whole company, is there seems to... sometimes be a problem with consistency. Today I ordered what I always get, a Caramel Craze iced latte (highly recommend), but Igot iced sweet milk. Lol they missed the coffee component. Read more
2 glazed, 2 sourdough and 2 lemon filled The glazed and the lemon real good, but the sourdough donuts, Na. Just didn't fit. Not... crowded, looks decent inside! Very rude workers, no customer service skills. Recently came up with a rule that you HAVE to come in for speed of service in... order to order a dozen donuts.. yet ordering a half a dozen donuts plus additional ones is fine. My issue is that I have acarful of sick kids with a lot of sickness (RSV, Flu) in the community, and they would still rather me bring in my sick kids tospread it around further. How logical. Read more
