I'm a Dunkin fan and visit often, always using the app to collect points for free drinks. I love how many offers Dunkin offers... if you have the app. This location is fine. Sometimes the drinks taste off, but it doesn't happen as much as it used to. Read more
Horrible service. I have been coming to this Dunkin for the last 3 years and I will never go back. This Dunkin is ran by... underage kids who are extremely rude and serve frozen food. When I asked for a refund and her name, the girl who looks 35 butclaims to be a teenager shut the drive thru window in my face. Because you try to serve my 3 year old frozen food and wouldn?tgive our money back? I am appalled at the treatment this particular Dunkin provides to their customers. This store needs to berestaffed. Those donut holes are irrististable! Especially the plain glazed ones but the last two times I've gone they have been out of... them. Both times I've been recently have been between 8-9 am so how can a do it shop be out of them?!! It appears to be frompoor management. Read more

Dunkin is my favorite coffee. However, the location on Happy Valley & Lake Pleasant parkway has been horrible. The staff act... lost and appears to be unsupervised. The front counter are unprofessional and always out of product. The men with long hairdon't have their hair in nets. Two weekends in a row I ordered XL Hot Coffee and it comes out cold and I had to send it backthree times. Today I had send it back due the coffee grounds floating on top. Dunkin lacks the consistency when compared thetheir competitors across the street. I hope they can fix this problem soon. Read more
