Went in today and they say they're legit TX BBQ which is laughable. I'm from TX and this food misses the mark completely I... ordered a brisket plate and a brisket sandwich and paid $33 which in my opinion is a rip-off. The portions are very small andthe brisket is very dry and you have to drown it in their sauce for some flavor. The bread roll is very small dry and nasty.Potato salad was ok but the okra was good. So I ordered lunch from their website. Was charged but the restaurant had no order from me. I spoke with a woman named Stephanie... at the restaurant. Stephanie rocks!! Best customer service ever!! Not only was she friendly, she kept her cool and ended upfiguring out the issue and kept me updated. I'm in management and would kill for someone who understands customer service thiswell! Read more
My husband and I love Dickeys BBQ. Tonight we were initially disappointed with our take out. Some of our meal was overcooked and... was missing a side. We called the store and the manager didn't skip a beat. She apologized and offered to deliver freshreplacement. Personal and quick delivery. Food is delicious. Kitchen might've just had an off day, but happy they went out oftheir way to make sure we were taken care of. Will definitely be back. ?? Read more
I?m not impressed with this bbq spot?they can?t seem to give you the proper sides you order. I ordered potato salad and received... coleslaw + ordered Caesar salad and it only had the salad/croutons/cheese without dressing. I got all the way home to find thisout! They were not even busy?don?t waste your time?shop local instead! The chicken was dry and boyfriend didn?t even want tofinish his pork out platter. Had the Cueban sandwich. Baked potato casserole & creamy spinach. Ran out of barbecue beans. Food was good. Sandwich & potatoes... were room temperature. WiFi was speedy. Restaurant was clean. I have to say, this is probably the best tasting barbecue place to eat at . I had a brisket BBQ sandwich and a side Caesar... salad. I usually eat brisket sliced, but this time I decided to have it chopped up. Mom and I were the first ones there when itopened, so it really nice and we just sat at ate and visited with each other while eating the most delicious barbecue. The staff were friendly to this 1st timer as soon as i walked up. Helped me understand the menu and got the order up and... delivered quickly. I ordered the 2 meat plate, with pulled pork and sliced beef brisket. In my opinion, The pulled pork worksbest with the spicy bbq sauce, And the beef brisket works best with the original. The pork ribs have a sweet, brown sugar glazetaste to them, and the meat just falls off the bone. Large assortment of sides, And even a free soft serve ice cream maker forcones as dessert. Ribs were tender, came right off the bone. Chopped brisket good with Carolina sauce if you like acid. Cole slaw excellent
