Very Midwestern, I've always enjoyed the cheese curds and I wish they had white cheddar like the do at the state fair... And... maybe even some fresh unbreaded curds! The butterburgers are quite good. And I wish they had the walleye sandwich way out herein Phoenix. Read more
The dining room was clean. Condiments was stocked. Didn't have too long to wait to order our food. We tried the curdburger. I... personally will not order again. The burger was dry, all the cheese came out of the breading for frying the cheese. I would haveenjoyed the cheese curds on the side and a slice of cheese on my burger. Great food with amazing service! We ordered the single Mushroom and Swiss baskets with French Fries and a medium soft drink.... The employee that took our order was very friendly and attentive. The Dining Area was clean and well maintained, including theDrink/Condiment Station. The order was delivered to our table with a smile and in an orderly fashion. The food was hot, fresh,and tasty! When we finished our meal, we were highly satisfied and will return again. Ordered a double butter burger recieved a single. The single patty was very thin and difficult to find among the lettuce and... onions. This is a very over rated burger. My spouse ordered medium fries and I ordered a large and they both looked the samesize. The diet root beer was okay, but it would not pass as root beer in a blind test. The frozen custard turtle sundae wasskimpy and the chocolate cone was average. The service was prompt, except for my cone was dripping excessively. Very cleandining area. All together my spouse and spent over $32 dollars and will not be returning soon, if ever. We do not agree withthe rave reviews. Can you find the burger in the photo? Read more
Well I usually love this place, but today made mistake ordering 2 chicken sandwiches, both like rubber, couldn't even pull... chicken apart with fingers so tuff. Brought it back and was given my money back, but doesn't make up for my time, energy andgas, bug waste of my time, or was offered a replacement chicken sandwich, are you kidding me, I should of said yes, then madethem try and take bite out of it!
