Raspberry choice here is frozen. Every other Cold Stone location has them in sugar, they're soft, and melt into the ice cream... deliciously. The customer service isn't dead here, which is shocking, and I'd give this place a 5 star rating if theirraspberries weren't frozen. You have great employees! Read more
I absolutely love Cold Stone and I?ve been to tons of them all over the valley. But this one in particular is my FAVORITE one to... come to. Every time I come in, the female staff are so friendly, Kaitlyn especially. Kaitlyn welcomes me in with open arms and Ialways want to come back (and I always do) because of how loving and kind her personality is.. and the ice cream of course ????I can go on and on about what a wonderful, genuine soul she has. I recommend this Coldstone to everyone, not only for thedelicious ice cream but for the welcoming, smiling faces like Kaitlyn and a few of the other female staff members. I just went to this place , we are regular customers, my husband always buy the ice cream on this place, this time I have to do... it and decide to buy only two scoops for my twins and share because always is too much for them. when the manager? gave me thecup was not the same amount like her employees does, I said normally my husband buy this but this is not the same amount. shesaid that's the correct`portion and everybody should follow it. The lady who took our order and her younger coworker were very helpful and I think the fastest we've ever been served before, at... a Cold Stone Creamery. Their freezers weren't working so they had a limited amount of options on hand, and they were able tofill our order. They also packaged it well and didn't overfill the cups too much for a take-out order. Read more

Maybe the staff should wear hair nets or at the very least have their hair tied up. Gloves would also be appreciated. Anyway,... found a hair in my ice cream which was pretty off putting. Read more
