Raspberry choice here is frozen. Every other Cold Stone location has them in sugar, they're soft, and melt into the ice cream... deliciously. The customer service isn't dead here, which is shocking, and I'd give this place a 5 star rating if theirraspberries weren't frozen. You have great employees! Read more
I absolutely love Cold Stone and I?ve been to tons of them all over the valley. But this one in particular is my FAVORITE one to... come to. Every time I come in, the female staff are so friendly, Kaitlyn especially. Kaitlyn welcomes me in with open arms and Ialways want to come back (and I always do) because of how loving and kind her personality is.. and the ice cream of course ????I can go on and on about what a wonderful, genuine soul she has. I recommend this Coldstone to everyone, not only for thedelicious ice cream but for the welcoming, smiling faces like Kaitlyn and a few of the other female staff members.
