Awesome friendly service and wonderful food.
Ample outdoor seating with lovely view of golf lake. While there sipping on some good tap beer (Amberbock fairly priced at... $3.50, and $4.75 for the IPA) and watching the sunset, we spotted a heron, ducks, and geese. The views really make the place,but the patty melt on marble rye (pic shows 1/2 portion that I brought home), and angus burger did not disappoint, although a $2upcharge for a very small portion of tasty onion rings was disappointing, esp. since it wasn't clear it wasn't going to be anequal switch. The bar fries were crispy and tasty. Warning: the menu prices are the pay by cash rate. "Any credit or debit cardswill be charged a non-cash adjustment fee of 3.89%" So by the time you pay the uncharge, adjustment fee, and taxes, your billescalates to $43. and then of course there's the tip....In this time of Covid and Monkeypox, we should be rewarded for nothandling dirty money, not penalized. Excellent food! The braised short ribs platter was really awesome?tender and flavorful. The portion was very generous and could... have easily been just as great of a value with one piece of meat instead of two. They were very busy with karaoke but seemed tohave adequate staffing to handle the customer volume. Our waitress was Bea and she was wonderful & made sure we were taken careof. One thing they could fix is to have a working, updated website that has menus and events calendar. I couldn?t really findanything online that was current. Customers will know in advance what?s on the menu and if the dining environment will be louddue to live music or karaoke. Highly recommend for excellent food quality and value.
