Usually go thru the drive thru.The employees are very friendly and polite and your order is prepared quickly. Inside is very... clean and the kitchen area looks very organized. There seems to be plenty of help here so the place is always kept up and tablesare sanitized after use. Read more
Haven't been here in a while, but since they accept EBT I figured what the heck.. it's slightly above average. It won't knock... your socks off but it's better than it's competitors. Glad they take EBT cuz I would not want to pay cash for their high pricedfare. Read more
I went through the drive through and it was quick and easy. I had no problems ordering and everything went smoothly. They were... courteous and friendly they made sure order was correct and that there was nothing else I needed. And the food was great???????? I would recommend this place to anybody. They gave my doordash order away to somebody else after making me wait in line in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes wasting my time... and I lost my Dash money. And nobody got their food. This is a seems to be a regular practice with some of these food places andeven Walmart. Seems pretty discriminatory in nature. They said they would remake it by that time it was going to be so late Iwould have had a contract violation so that doordash support decided to cancel it for me so that I didn't get negative marks.This is my livelihood. I don't appreciate Carl's Jr messing with that. You should be held responsible for your employeesactions. It's only when I get to the window that they tell me they don't have it that somebody picked it up and that isabsolutely tortious business practice. Read more
I walked in and ordered to go. The drive thru wastes so much gas! And it receives a lot of bad reviews anyway. I like to look... them in the eye when in ordering, and I ask questions. The kids need to see that you're a real person and they need practicelooking other people in the eye. We had the California burger, a favorite, a regular double cheeseburger, a grilled chicken BBQ,my fave, and criss cut fries. It all came out fine. Tasty meal. BEST Carl's Jr. location- EVER! Order=100% correct, 100% of the time. Food= 100%delicious &fresh, 100% of the time. *Side Note:... they also allow customer's to walk up to the drive-thru window, after hours! Not one single other fast food restaurant allowsthis, literally STARVING anyone vehicleless and/or working after 10pm!! A SUPER-HUGE THANK YOU @ everyone working thislocation! YOU ARE APPRECIATED! A WHOLE LOT more than you may realize!! I know I can't be the only one who needs&appreciates theheck out of you guys!
