This was a great find, suggested by a very good friend here in the Valley. We really enjoyed the complimentary guacamole and... salsa, and decided to try a very unusual appetizer....a spicy savoury watermelon "salad", which was delicious. Highly recommendtrying this refreshing dish. We opted for the lunch special of 2 street tacos with beans and rice. Good value, and tastychoices. I tried the grilled shrimp for one taco and al pastor for the other. The whole meal was delicious and I'd be happy togo back to try other dishes. Service was good and the restaurant wasn't overly busy when we chose to have lunch around 1:30 on aweekday. Read more
This place is top notch! From the incredible food, to the great atmosphere and the best service! We loved everything about it. I... appreciate that they had vegetarian options that I could customize and make vegan. That's always a 5 star for me and harder tofind. Love the salsa options. We will most definitely be coming back. Forgot to get our servers name so she could get a 10 starreview but she had a very cool tattoo on her hand with trees and I believe it was Cerunnos. The chips and salsa are super good- love them at this place! I had the chicken fajitas and was pleased with every part of it, I... especially like how they sauté their onions and thin sliced bell pepper. Pina margarita was a little sweet and could?ve had a little more heat, but overall was good. Can?t go wrong with a Blue Moon.... The Grenada Guac was different and had good flavor. The rice and beans both had a good spicy kick in them, but not too much formost people. The Carne Asada looked and felt broiled but it held flavor well. Least favorite of the three. The grilled shrimptaco was good as well. The best taco was Al Pastor. The pickled onions really added the perfect amount of acidity. Great tacos and friendly staff! Came in for a late happy hour and stayed for dinner. The bar made great drinks (spicy jalapeno... margaritas), and gave solid recommendations - the potato taco and the barbacoa enchilada were delicious. Definitely will be back- next time for Taco Tuesday. Read more
