First time at this Burger King. Clean, neat, friendly staff. Fries were great!
It was about 3:30 pm when I cam here which means anything I ordered should have been fresh. It was all luke warm at best. The... young man at the counter acknowledged me at least to tell me he would be with me after he was done making a shake that took atleast 10 minutes to make and the food was already done way before he finished the shake so I'm sure the customer prior to me hisfood was cold also. The person I think was in charge or at least she was wearing I think a manager's uniform was no where to befound until all the commotion was over with. I didn't complain because I was going to be late for an appointment if I did and itprobably wouldn't have made any difference she didn't look like the type to care. So do not visit this location on Alma Schooland Main in Mesa it really is not worth it. Maybe the McDonald's across the street cares more about their customers. Read more
Poor employee didn't have enough training or didn't understand the help I needed. So I finally just got a burger and it was a... shade over room temperature. He microwaved it for me and then it was a sloppy mess. Warmer but still not hot! Read more
Went to Burger King and doors were locked. Dinning room was closed due to short staffed. Ordered a whopper Jr and onion rings... at the drive thru. The onion rings were terrible. They were hard as a rock. Won't be going back to this Burger King again. Read more
No bad marks regarding the food however while I was dining in today, the temperature inside was 94 degrees. I was sweating... profusely as a guest and the poor workers are near grills, deep fryers etc. Have working AC. This is inhumane to workers and toyour dine in clientele, this isn't a one off either I was told by another guest they eat here 2x a week for the kids and thelast 3 weeks it's been unbearable inside the restaurant. I'd like it maybe more if there milk shakes and cheese sticks were available. My last order of onion rings were to hard or... crunchy to eat. It's been a descent place and hope my experience there gets better. Read more
Check your bag!! Freq forgets food, almost always get asked to pull into a space and wait, they when I get my food its cold or... burnt! Get all the way home to find missing sandwiches, little to no cheese that I paid extra for and a super burnt bun on theother whopper! Read more
Very slow service. Food is typical "fast food" Tatar tots were unde rcooked and very greasy.
