Poor tele communication quality, you hardly understand them and they you. They change your orders as they please, I ordered 4 of... the #4 burger meals, asked for 2 if them to be without cheese, when I came home, 2 regular cheese burgers, and 2 tiny burgerwithout cheese. I typically go here for a quick lunch while at work or to grab a snack before I start my shift as it's close to where I work.... However the service is extremely slow and the past 2 times I went the messed up my order of a larger fry and a drink. I receivedeither a small fry or a medium fry despite ordering and paying for a large. I understand mistakes happen but for me to notreceive the correct order after confirming it with the employee at the window twice seems wrong. I don't know if the employeesare new or not but they also tend to seem confused most of the time. Read more
15 minutes in drive through at 12:45 PM on a Thursday cars don't move. Go inside to empty lobby. Acknowledged and told it'll be... a few minutes. Wait, and no service.
