I always get the blackout with oatmilk. They are always super friendly. Went there with my niece once and she ordered strawberry... smoothie but the menu did not say they used coconut in it and she is allergic to it, but she only took one sip. We arrived at the Black Rock on Lake Pleasant about 9:10, since there was a large line I ordered online at 9:15 (while I was... inside the coffee shop) The app showed the coffees were done at 9:30 am. My husband went up to show them that it said ourcoffees were done and the lady at the register said go to the back of the line. He waited behind 7 other people to be able toshow her the app and he was given our coffees at 9:43!! Good coffee is really only good if the service matches it. I hope youget your coffee before 30 min and that you get good service if you try this place out. Maybe consider going through the drivethrough they got their coffees within minutes. Read more
EDIT be careful if you order sugar free drinks. Multiple times I have ordered something fully sugar free and my glucose spiked... up 70-90 points within a few minutes. I won?t be getting them again. Read more
