Went in to the 77ave and Bell on 2-21-22. I ordered a cup with 2 scoops and a banana split. The banana split had extremely small... scoops that were not even higher than the top of the bottom black tray. I asked the server about it who said they only use childsize scoops in the banana split. The were much smaller than the scoops in the cup. Another server with huge eyelashes refused tomake it right. I can't believe I spent $7.99 for it. I will NEVER go to Baskin M Robbins again!!! What happened to making thecustomer happy??? Read more

Love the ice cream ???? at this place! My favorite is pineapple ???? and coconut ???? I usually go at this particular place with... my hubby and kids, its quiet and nice. This baskin robins is pathetic. My wife placed an order for a polar pizza made with jamoca almond ice cream. My wife called the... store before to confirm and the guy working when we called said that pizza was being made at another location. We called thestore he referred us to and they said that he lied and the the pizza was going to be made where we were supposed to pick it up.We called this location back and the guy claimed he didnt have any info on our order. He said he would make the pizza and itwould be ready for our scheduled pick up time. I showed up and he gave me my order, as i was walking out i checked my pizza andit was a disgrace!! It was LITERALLY MELTED ICE CREAM on a big cookie. It RUINED my sons little birthday party he had with hisbuddies. Jomoca almond is LITERALLY my sons favorite ice cream. He was super disappointed. He had to settle for cookiedough(which neither one of us is a fan of) because it was all they had in the pre made case. The pictures i posted are what theytried to send me home with.. Then when i try to get info from the guy working, like his name or a corporate number or email hewas really defensive saying it wasnt his fault that he didnt make it.. yet he said he was the only one that had been there allday, but remember i said when we called earlier the guy that answered the phone said he was gonna make it?
