Spent over $100 at the store today to get a cake for my twins and ice cream for our family. The girls working wouldn't honor the... free ice cream for their birthday from the cake box. I was very disappointed. The girls working were rude and rolled their eyesat us. Very poor service. Read more

Overall this location was clean and had quick service. The scoops were a bit smaller than normal and smaller than other... customers so I guess it may depend on who the scooper is. The new Churro ice cream though is awesome and all the employeesseemed happy to be there. Read more

I ordered a ice cream cake for my daughters birthday. We picked it up went home and put it in the freezer and when we opened it... later it was a melted mess. Total waste of time and a huge disappointment to my daughter. Never again make sure if you order aice cream cake from them it isn?t melted. Read more

I cannot express how much I love Baskin-Robbins. The only thing I have to complain about is they never have strawberry... cheesecake ice cream which is my total favorite. Every time I go in I asked but it's never there. But that's okay because theyhave 31 other delicious flavors that I get to choose from. It's a big treat for me and my kids that we do at least once a month.And we love The whole 31st first day of the month Dollar Scoop deal. The owner is super friendly and all of the staff is awesometoo. What can I say it's ice cream I love it. I'm just lucky that I live so close to this Baskin-Robbins. Staff was friendly and patient with our group of 8 for the $1.50 scoops of icecream on the 31st. Pralines and cream was... fantastic as usual with a sugar cone. Yum. All ice cream was excellent. Great location, and we had a short wait. Thank you!!!! Read more
