I would give this amazing ice cream shop and 5 star. But the only thing I have to complain about. Is that the people running the... place for the owners is closing the place during the posted hours of operation. I was really, really looking forward to checking this place out based on the reviews. We went in Sunday night. The service was... meh. The girls were attentive and came from the back when we got there (place was deserted) but they were obviously less thanthrilled that someone interrupted whatever they were doing. I tried to be friendly, kind of asked a few questions. It was myfirst time there so I was trying to get some suggestions out of someone. No dice. They wanted the transaction over quickly, so Iobliged. I got the Bunuelo nachos with pistachio and coffee ice cream. My daughter got a cookies and cream shake. The shake wasgood. She liked it. I found it average. The bunuelos in my nachos were delicious, I was afraid they would be stale, they werenot. However, the ice cream was icey. It had ice crystals in it instead of being creamy as though it had defrosted and refroze.Really masked the flavor of the ice cream. Maybe those flavors don't sell that much? I really so wanted to like this place.Maybe it was an off night? I wanted to try that horchata latte, but not if it just sounds good and isn't actually good. Read more

Absolutely fantastic ice cream shop environment. Quiet place to study or chill out with friends/family. Staff very friendly and... quick to help provide orders/accuracy of orders. Quick shoutout to Miss Kathy (says on my receipt, hopefully that was her namelol), very polite and patient as she took my order and answered my questions about clarifying the descriptions of some toppingsI wasn?t sure of. I?m visiting Arizona from Chicago and I found this place on Instagram. I went at 8 pm to try their concha with ice cream, it... says online and on the door that they close at 9 pm. They were closed way before that. Such a disappointment! Read more
