Went to drive thru. They were not busy inside or outside. We ordered our food and paid. The employee asked us to pull forward in... a parking spot and they would bring out the food. Kinda strange since we were the only ones in line. Waited 15 minutes anddecided to go inside. Three employees acting as if they didn't know what they were doing. My sandwiches were sitting there cold.The sides were not even cooking. Really for $32 I expected at least a hot meal at a reasonable time frame. It's not worthgoing for Fast food. Read more
I go by this place frequently on the New River trail, and since today featured record temperatures, I stopped in for a cold... drink, and the orange cream shake hit the spot. I always ring the bell on the way out. I stopped by today and got a largepowerade because electrolytes are important when hiking on hot days. Always friendly staff that welcomes me back. The curly fries l got home with were less than what l am used to getting from this place. More crumbs than fries! Wasn't worth... driving back for but disappointed none the less. I got their family meal so needless to say it shortened the meal portions butwe got through it. Read more
This location was closing within about 5 minutes when I arrived starving after work and the gentleman at the window was so... understanding and made me numerous items fresh. Most places make excuses or say they are closed but not this Arbys! The food washot and delicious! Read more
Anytime I go to this particular Arby's, the staff is always super friendly and happily makes sure that you have everything you... need. I can't recall ever getting an order that wasn't 100% correct. Definitely worth going for outstanding service. Read more
