Hi Chef, from another Chef. I am a very picky eater and tonight I tried your Quesabirria tacos and the consome for the first... time. Good job It was all amazing!!! Perfectly seasoned great taste perfect condiments on the side for the tacos. The greensalsa with the cilantro and little bits of fresh avocado such a good idea and tasted perfect. Today they werent serving birria tacos. My tacos were reg beef & My consome wasn't the usual red color , it was reg broth... without spices. I'm genuinely confused. My tacos were all soggy even though i ate in the restaurant? I also got a little beefburrito, that was basically cheese rolled up in a flour tortilla with a sprinkle of meat.They charge for every single thinghere .every little 3/4 filled container of salsa that you get free anywhere else They charge you for. I used to love this placewhen it was out of their house. Things have def changed. I get prices of everything...food and produce have went up but so havetheir prices . Quality is expected. The wait is ridiculous! We placed an online order and had to wait 30 mins passed the pick up time given. The people picking up... for Uber and other takeout apps got their food right away. They put those orders before the pickup or dine in customers. Thefood is great but it?s not worth the wait. Read more
