Night shift employees refuse to make food because they couldn?t be bothered to clean the machines again and hide in back from... drive thru customers. English needs to be understood. A wrap and bowl are obviously different. Nobody should be on till thatcannot communicate effectively with customers. Very frustrating. Read more

I will start by saying, this establishment has always been a great place to grab a quick bite, coffee, and a cool drink on a hot... day. As of today, I will no longer eat or order anything but a coffee. My daughter watched as they dropped a stack of smoothiecups on the floor, picked them up without the use of gloves and proceeded to serve it to her. She is now in bed after vomitingon three different occasions. I have to add. Last year. This establishment wasn't anything like this.. What changed? Read more
