I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with beef mushrooms and onions on it. What I got was a pizza with a sprinkle of beef, a couple... slices of onion, and one whole mushroom. Not a very big one either. The crust had about 1 cm of cheese in it all the way aroundwith the rest of that tube hollow. I could clearly see through it. When I called to make a complaint I got the run around. The pizza was good. The staff were not friendly, no one was visable except another customer. Finally a female came out from the... back. When I was leaving,(on crutches) the employee did not offer to help, she went into the back. Try & carry a large pizza &walk with crutches. Kind of sad. Read more
I ordered two large "Super Supreme Lover's Pan" pizzas which is supposed to be a ten-topping pizza and there were not even close... to that many toppings. There was maybe three or four toppings and very little cheese. Even those few toppings were very skimpy.The pizzas were mostly just dough. I also ordered a nine-piece Hershey's brownie and it was the only good part of my meal. Thisis not the first time I've had a bad experience but I wanted to try one more time to see if it has improved and it definitelyhas not. Never again! Read more
It took an hour and a half for a single pepperoni pizza...on a Thursday evening, an hour longer than the estimated delivery... time. When I called to inquire as to where it was, I could only speak to a call centre and not the store directly. I alsoprepaid and tipped in advance which made me feel like my order was a lower priority.
