The service speed has been consistently poor here. Very very slow, do not come if you?re in a rush. Last 3 experiences we had 45... minutes plus waits just to order food. 45 plus minutes to receive food. I think the restaurant seats more than they havecapacity to serve. Shame because the food is great. If you have 2.5 hours to spend getting dinner it?s a great place to eat. Read more

Really great food, there aren't a ton of options for a la carte pasta dishes but they do have a build your own which has a ton... of different fixings. Kids meal was maybe a cup of mac and cheese and a half cup jello for dessert, wasn't enough food for our 9year old but probably perfect for a toddler. All in all really good :) Read more
This is such a wonderful restaurant when you're craving pasta. Everything is always good and tasty. Good size portions, friendly... staff, and fairly priced. A member of our party was having a birthday and received their complementary birthday spaghetti andmeatballs, one of my favorite dishes. Parking can be a bit tricky but we'll worth it. The food is amazing and on Mondays theyhave "build your own pasta" on sale. Yum, yum. Read more
Great atmosphere, decent food, but still need improvement. I ordered lobster spaghetti - when it was served to me, there was... everything EXCEPT for the lobster! I literally thought they had given me the vegetable spaghetti instead because those were theonly things in my dish. Later they made it right by giving me a lobster side dish? but still! Great Menu, and Quality. It was busy, but the 5 of us were very satisfied with our choices. If you're well funded, I recommend... the Garlic bread, even though it's about $8, but a huge portion I've ever seen, and I was a Pizza ???? Delivery driver in HighSchool. Recommend the Pasta Factory for Italian, and more common meals as well. Wish that they could be open later in theevenings. Good experiences! Read more
I ordered their ?famous? ribs with a side of rose pasta. That?s all you get when you order it. The pasta and the ribs. There are... NO extras here not even a sprig of parsley to green it up. I?ve never seen baby back ribs with that much fat on them which I cutoff (pic attached). The underside of the ribs were gelatinous and unappetizing. Don?t order! The pasta wasn?t any better. Theservice was terrible as well. The wait staff expected those at the table to know what everyone else ordered and who gets thingslike garlic bread. We didn?t even get Parmesan or salt and pepper until half way through the meal. Save your money and eatliterally anywhere else. Read more
Went for the complimentary birthday spaghetti and meatballs. Came piping hot and delicious. Meatballs seasoned wonderfully. Big... portion; couldn't finish. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice ambiance. Community oriented - kids freely running about.???????? Read more
