Ordered and paid for extra toppings. Got the pizza and it had very few toppings. When I called, the owner insisted that he made... the pizza himself and that I was wrong. When I tried to explain the problem, he cut me off and again said I was wrong. He saidhe had been making pizza for years. Well, until I moved to Penticton, we ordered from Papa Johns regularly. In 4 differentcities. I know what their pizzas look like. Sure, sometimes people make mistakes but they have always corrected it with noproblem. Not this guy. Refused to take my order at 10:01 on a Saturday night. Almost a full hour before they closed.
Ordered for a change from our usual place and it was really good pizza! Will definitely order again.
I ordered 3 pizzas for pick up online tonight, which was 50% off for their special. The total came to 34.95. I then called and... changed it to delivery. When the pizzas came the total was over 55$. I called and asked why the cost went up so much and themanager kept telling me the system doesnt recognize when orders are placed online. I asked him to change the order to be 3pizzas at 50% off plus tax and delivery and I would be happy to pay that. (This is what I ordered online and it had calculatedthe cost) He said he cant do that and that he cant do anything about the cost going up. When I got frustrated that someoneshould have mentioned to me on the phone when I called that the cost would be different I would have said no thank you and ifyour special is 50% off pizzas I think calculating the cost is a pretty easy fix. Ordered pizza here last night, was given a price, was asked for our address, was transferred, was asked for our address again,... was told we couldn't get delivery because of staff shortage. We were told we could pickup in 25 minutes and we said great, bethere in 25 minutes. We get there in 30 minutes and were told that they didn't make our pizza, but if we wanted to wait 25minutes they'd have our order ready... Well NO PaPa Johns we will not wait or be back! Read more
I've been here twice now. My wife and I love that 6 cheese pizza. That's not hard to believe, is it? Courteous staff, fairly... efficient even though it was a new store and employees still learning, and a great product. Parking can be a little difficultwhen it's busy at this location, as it shares a parking lot with a number or other retail/restaurants, but not impossible. I'vealways phoned in my orders, but I see they have a phone app available so that's what I'm going to try for next time. Read more
The wings were great.. got the cheesy garlic twists which were raw in the middle so we could only eat the outside edges. The... stuffed crust on the pizza was quite under done and toppings were wrong. 50/50 if order from here again.. 4 weeks later onemore try order again. Just a pizza and this time left out toppings and loaded up on sauce but only on one side?? Highly doubtwill ever bother ordering here again... Read more
