The night staff is horrible! Worst customer service ever. The young lady asked me about 5 times over the intercom to repeat my... order. She was laughing like it was funny when I got to the window. Her and the staff just joking around. I honestly didn?t evenwant my food. After seeing the lack of customer service and playing around. She didn?t say anything to me. Just took my card andgave my food. I?m hoping the management will look into this night staff! It?s ridiculous. Very unprofessional and need properTRAINING!!! My wife had to repeat her order many times, and again, when she paid. When she got home a portion of her order wasn't even in... the bags, the sodas were wrong and what we did have was wrong. We've been going to this Zaxbys for a while. Never again. Read more

After waiting in the drive-through, a total of 17 minutes, I sat at the order menu and speaker for another 5minutes without... anybody acknowledging that I was there This isn't the first time this has happened.
