My wife had to repeat her order many times, and again, when she paid. When she got home a portion of her order wasn't even in... the bags, the sodas were wrong and what we did have was wrong. We've been going to this Zaxbys for a while. Never again. Read more
After waiting in the drive-through, a total of 17 minutes, I sat at the order menu and speaker for another 5minutes without... anybody acknowledging that I was there This isn't the first time this has happened. The night staff is horrible! Worst customer service ever. The young lady asked me about 5 times over the intercom to repeat my... order. She was laughing like it was funny when I got to the window. Her and the staff just joking around. I honestly didn?t evenwant my food. After seeing the lack of customer service and playing around. She didn?t say anything to me.
