I have company so I went to Zaxby's and got two large orders. They were cold and tough. Did not realize this till I was gone so... feel down the receipt feedback. They called and said they would replace the order. But when it came time to replace them theysaid we'll only replace one order and of course it'll big orders the one they did not replace. Chicken strips were not fresh. Dried out. Fries were the same cold and dry. Fried pickles were overcooked and in old grease... taste. I usually love Zaxby's and I threw away more than half of my food. Read more

I paid for two extra sauce packs, they gave me no extra sauce. I paid for a large drink but they stuffed it to the top with... ice so i only got a small drink. No napkins, no plastic for the coleslaw, only two of my fries had any seasoning.... I wasn'tin a bad mood before this. Read more

I love the hearty chicken strips. They aren't the thin little strips that won't stand up to dipping. They are thick meaty real... white meat. Zax sauce is great on the fries and bread as well as the chicken. My new favorite buffalo dip and tater chips. Justspicy enough and the chips are what chips are meant to be. Love me some Zax.
