It took a while to get the wings but nice employees. The fries were unusually salty, but prepared fresh. Fair value.
This place is disgusting. Idk if they put sugar on our fries on purpose or if that is a normal thing but that was completely... gross. The wings didn't really have any flavor just tasted like old nasty grease. If you call in or order online don't believewhen they say it will be ready in 15 to 20 min. It took them almost 45 min to get it ready and I waited inside for 30 of it. People were coming in ordering, eating and leaving while I was still waiting. I will never come back to this place or any otherwingstops. Read more
The food is wonderful. Two stars is for the service. We were headed to a movie and had an hour to kill. We decided to grab some... wings. We placed our order. It seems it was just before shift change. Our order was taken. After 30 minutes of waiting I wentback to the counter. We had gotten there at 10 after 4, it's now 4:40 and the movie is at 5. Kudos to the asst manager that hadwalked in to the previous shift doing half of their job. I asked for a refund which he gladly gave. Not only that but gave usour food also. The day shift was horrible, nice, but horrible. They cooked our wings and left. One guy made his food, came outand ate it beside us, finished and left. They literally had to only toss them in the sauces and give them to us, but decided toleave it for someone else to do. Nothing has changed from our last visit. My kids like unfortunately. I placed a to go order by phone. My drive was over 15... minutes. Arrived and it was piled up with people waiting for orders. Unorganized completely. No one was keeping up with orders.If I wasn't honest, I could've walked out with my food without paying. That's how unorganized they were 2nd time a both timeswere not good experiences. I really hope someone takes charge and puts this place in order. Read more
Wings are good most of the time. They a military discount, as well as, a discount if you show them your movie ticket stub. They... have a cool aviation theme. I like the fries they have a special seasoning blend that is white and brown sugar, salt, andpepper. They haven't messed up my order. They have rushed us out of the restaurant late at night. They have a sign that says"Open till Midnight" but, most days of the week they are open till 11. The staff usually don't seem like they have it togetherat the counter. Sometimes they don't have napkins, they have a roll dispenser with brown paper towels. Not very good for gettingoff wing sauce and they don't offer hand wipes. Read more
Mild lemon pepper garlic parm wings well done are the way to go when ordering wings here. Great service and the manager D is... also great. Disregard the lower star ratings. Go try these wings and be amazed. I travel 4 away for these wings so they have tobe something special. Read more
