We ended up waiting for pick up for almost 20 min. We ordered online. The food was great too!
Tonight was a horrible experience. The intercom was broken, one of the cashiers was not very accommodating, the slowest service... I've ever received from a Whataburger. Someone could've came out to speed up the orders. I had to conserve gas by turning on andoff my car because I didn't think it would take almost 45 minutes to place an order, let alone 15 extra minutes to pick it up.Thankfully, I wasn't stranded. Quick service here. I've used this drive thru many times. Somewhat conveniently located but entering and exiting has been... problematic depending upon how you try to enter. Dozens of visits and I recall no instance of errors. I continue to use thislocation with confidence, you can too. Read more

The food is good and yummy but the services is very slow I suggest to get more people coz this place is packed specially in the... evening. It's all time fav of the local and visitors here in Pcola. We do the dine in it was like an hour of waiting and I wavethe waiter for our # coz their some other people get their orders than us.. well its a nice experience. As I observed the peoplebehind us when get their order coz they said it's for take out while we dinning in waits like for an hour for the regularwhataburger with cheese.
