Not sure what the fuss is and why this place is so famous. The fries were good. The burgers were not that great and both were... made wrong. I paid for a double and got a single. I did ask for a different burger and got the sloppiest burger I've ever had!Like it was my fault they messed up my order! So, I ate the first burger. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! My cashier was PATRICE L, who greeted us as we walked in and happily took our order!!! But... the service did not stop there!!! Shortly after we ordered a young woman brought out our food AND condiments!!! And she was in agood mood....actually the whole staff was in a great mood!!! It was our kids first whataburger. The place could use a wipe down. The kitchen staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. It wasn't busy.... The manager wasn't being respected. There was a young man/teen employee that was making personal calls in the dinning room onthe landline/business phone. Hit or miss. Some days it?s so good. Then there are days I wonder why I keep going. I?ve caught them lately filling the fries up... halfway and shaking the bag so they go all over to make it look like they filled them up and it just fell out. I saw it 2 timeswhile sitting at the window. This past time it was around 6pm and they weren?t serving shakes because they were cleaning it. Ok,McDonalds. It?s ridiculous they?re open 24/7 clean it at 4 am! This time I bought 3 large fries and they were all half full withno fries in the bag spilled out. I don?t understand what the issue is with filling the fries up properly. I?m paying like $3 forfries. I shouldn?t have to buy 2 larges just to get one actual large. The workers are acting like they personally paid for thepotatoes, had to peel and cut them, making them for a party that you were not invited to but showed up for. I have had a hard time at this location with my orders bring correct. I paid for a medium Whataburger Jr and received a small... fry. My receipt clearly shows medium fries. I ordered a medium unsweet tea. The employee at the window said it says on my screena medium sweet tea which it did. The girl that took the order repeated everything back and she said unsweet tea. So of course wegot a little upset when Tonyzha challenged us and told us to check our tone. In the past we've ordered an extra gravy and paidextra and didn't get it. This has happened several times. I use to love Whataburger but now with the smart comments and thequality of the food being subpar I don't think I'll be back. Read more
Cheeseburger, fry, and onion ring was not fresh. The lady at the drive thru wanted to charge me for ranch dressing. I asked... her why that charge was not on the menu if they were charging for ranch dressing, and she could not answer me. The drive thruline was wrapped but the food they were serving was not fresh. Very busy right now (Saturday, 1:20 p 22Rm). Lots of orders being prepared, so, a little bit of a wait, but not too bad. The... restaurant looks clean and well stocked with knives, spoons, forks, straws, ketchup, lids, etc. Ate my Sweet and Spicy Baconburger with onion rings and a chocolate shake... Very tasty! I mean who doesn't love whataburger?? This location is always quick it just lacks the last star to it's service. They are a... training location and some of the team members are still learning customer service skills. Keep that in mind. Not a bad reviewbecause they work hard to bring us our orders and deal with a lot of inpatient people. Location is usually clean and the foodis always great. Read more
