They tell you they are out of trays for dine in orders but you can clearly see a clean stack, seems like they don't want to deal... with trays and are being lazy. Slow service as well. Whataburger is going downhill. Read more

Decent whataburger. Nothing horrible, nothing special. Half of the employees are friendly, half of them are not so friendly (not... necessarily rude, just not helpful). Small percentage of employees seem put off that you asked them to get some ketchup orwhatever it is that you need. Curbside pickup may be super fast or it may take 20 min to get your food, regardless of how busythey or or not. Typical fast food place. Read more

The best fast food ever?. Wait it?s not fast food at all. Drive thru wait time on a Saturday night worked out to 56 minutes. I... could have raised a calve, butchered it, ground the meat, and cooked my own hamburger on the valve cover of my engine fasterthan these fools served me a 6 hour old hamburger. Seriously disappointed and 10 of 10 would not recommend wasting 5% of yourlife waiting in that drive thru line. Read more

First time experience here was very disappointing. Ordered in the drive through and the person taking our order was rude and... mumbled the entire time, making it hard to understand what he was saying. When we got our food we went to the parking lot tocheck our order. My boyfriends order was correct but they gave me a burger instead of the fried chicken sandwich. I went insideand politely told them it was a mistake and then said they would fix it. When they handed me the next bag the person said it wasa grilled chicken sandwich when I told them multiple times I ordered the fried one. That was when I received the attitude andeye rolls as if I was in the wrong. When he finally handed me the correct food I apologized for the miscommunication and justreceived an eye roll and no response in return. Incredibly rude service and like I said took multiple times to get the correctfood. We only ordered 2 meals, it wasn?t like we ordered a ton of food. It was disappointing to receive service like this as ourfirst experience with Whataburger. Read more

Our 5 person order was a walk in to go (we were headed to an event that was ending soon). The vegan options available for me... were french fries, onion rings, and drinks. One of the kid's burgers was not rung up as a meal so I forfeited my fries leavingme with onion rings for lunch. Another burger didn't have the requested additional cheese. That sucked because it was forvisiting family that had never eaten at Whataburger. Everyone else's meals were fine but we didn't have time to have mistakesfixed. Our to go order had been put on trays for dine in so we had to wait to have it all bagged up. Overall the food was goodand the employees seemed nice. Read more

I had previously given them 4 stars, but I just can't!!! EVERY time I try to go through the drive through I regret it!!!! It... will be a VERY long time before I return!!! The staff is friendly and the food is always good. It was frustrating when thedining room was closed and you couldn't order on line, so there is no option other than waiting in the drive through, which issooooo slow. Read more

Absolutely the WORST experience at a Whataburger ever. 7/10/22 - We pulled up to order at the drive through, had to wait about... 5 minutes. Ordered at 2:17. We literally did not move in the line for 15 minutes. I finally got out of the car and went in toget the food so we could eat while we were stuck in the drive through. The cashier had to get someone to allow my order on aninside cash register. The drawer wouldn't open to provide my change; the manager could not find the key to the drawer. Heasked the cashier if he had it, then walked to a side office, back to the front, and still couldn't find it. Finally, afterwalking to the back again, the lanyard was located. My husband got the food while I was inside waiting (2:38:20). After all ofthat, the burgers and fries were cold. The cashier was wonderful. Everything else was awful. Read more
