Whataburger has a special place in my soul because the patty melt literally changed my fast food consumption life. Yesterday we... ordered 5 kids meals. It took a while to get everything together, about 20min. Not an issue. But main man helping with theorder needed help. With 5 drinks he asked if we needed a drink carrier. Pretty sure anything over 2 and that's an automatic,but ok. Then when I received my burger, it was cold. Like cheese was not melted, cold. I ate it. I was hungry. I had some fries and I saw them come out and prepare them, I then asked if I could have no salt fries because I forgot to ask... and the manager during the rush had no issue making some more for me. The lobby was clean, the parking lot doesn?t have hobotrash in it, and the tables actually smelled clean. 5/5 will do again. Read more
Whataburger is amazing food for the price. The place is also very clean and not crowded. But that's probably due to the... construction surrounding the area because usually the other Whataburgers are full of people. I highly recommend this locationspecifically for that reason. Read more
Ate there the other day they had some new chicken sandwiches that were pretty good and of course the banana pudding milkshake... was off the chain. I always found Whataburger be pretty good most of the time. go check them out. like I said, the bananapudding milkshake that got right now is off the chain. just a little heads up, they're coming out with some kind of raspberrychocolate one soon so keep an eye out for it. Ordered on line for dine in. My food set on the counter getting cold. I called the manager to check my order. He came out and... found my order and directed his worker complete my order. The worker gave me a small FF, not a medium. The box was 1/2 full as Iwatched it sit in the keep warm area sin e I arrived. . I mentioned that the small fry was 1/2 full and he told me the box hadturned over. (limp and soggy). Too bad. The outside eating area was dirty. I cleaned it up. There was no trash container thereand the trash near the front door was overflowing. (trash and beer bottles) The bathroom has no paper towels. Ordered online 30 minutes ago. Sitting in the curbside parking 10 minutes ago. Car in another slot is empty. It seems they... offer you to come curbside park and walk-in at this location. I'm not opposed to walking in but why offer curbside dishonestlyto your customers? I've never personally seen anything delivered curbside at this location and yet they have the signs 3/3times they fail. 100% of the time. At this point I'd be silly to ever come back here again.
