Do better whataburger I got a large fries and it is half full.
Used to work here years ago and still, they are holding the workers to the high standards they were holding us to. Sandwiches so... well wrapped, quick, made perfect, and everyone was so polite, doing their job. Great job Dominic! Always loved having you as amanager! Read more
The past few times we have been ther the service has been terrible. I always love whataburger and want to leave a good review... but, the past few times we have went the people have been rude and our food wasn't right. Every time. I'm hoping we just came ona bad day. I used to love this place. I would compare it to Chick Fil A minus the chicken. Friendly happy employees working fast to get... good food in and out of the kitchen but that's all changed. The turnover of employees is for the worse. They are polar oppositeof what I've experienced at this location. Listen, with inflation and higher prices, I'm staying away from places that have theattitude that they don't need my business and employees who hate their jobs. There are too many other places that will gladly doit with a smile. I'm so sorry Whataburger. Hopefully management will read this and do something about it but I doubt it. It iswhat it is. Read more
Usually only get their wonderful chicken sandwich so I'm not familiar with much else. The young man at the inside counter... (blair i believe) So patiently and completely walked me through it . Order was missing an entire meal, tomatoes on a burger that we specifically asked that it have no tomatoes. The lobby was locked... due to "inclimate weather". It's clearly sunny and 90 degrees here, hasn't rained in days. I had to call the store to get thefood I was missing. It took a while for someone to answer. I never thought that I would have to write a one star review of whataburger, but I feel really cheated after tonight. I ordered... at 9pm on a Tuesday, it was really slow, and I was trying to order two Jr honey bbq chicken sandwich meals without the honeybbq. The lady on the intercom said they don't have that. I get it all the time, but then she's like "okay" and charges 17dollars. Which I thought was weird for two kids meals. She didn't even ask what I wanted to drink. I get to the window and I gettwo honey bbq sandwiches in adult size, with no fries or any drinks. For 17 dollars. I didn't even get napkins. I tried to checkthe receipt, but instead of the blue receipt that tells me what exactly I paid for, I get a white piece of paper with noinformation about the price. So I go in, and a lady walks up to me and asks what's wrong. I explained that I wanted to order twojr honey bbq sandwich MEALS without the sauce. I got the sandwiches, but I didn't get fries or a drink... Or napkins. I knowthat's a small thing to critique, but usually whataburger does all of those things without me asking and I appreciate it.
