Nasty burnt fries and greasy cold burgers with wilted lettuce. . . We got two baconator combos. One with chili. The other add... heavy lettuce and fries as the side. I got one single piece of wilted lettuce with my burnt fries. My son got the $5biggy bag.Yall realize that the price is about the same as just going to done where like Red Robin's. Ordered online mobile order and got to the drive thru at 9:55 and waited to be greeted for fifteen mins... was told that to hold... on they were in the middle of a shift change. At 10:30 I went into the lobby as the doors were open and was greeted by themanager who said the lobby was closed and they are in the middle of a shift change. I asked how much longer it may be. To whichthe manager stated they are changing cashier drawers which will take about 15 - 20 min. They also said they had another employeethat was there but they didnt know where they were. I told her I thought I saw them in a car out back. However apparently thatvehicle belonged to the minor who worked there that clocked out earlier. I left and went back to the drive thru to wait again. Ithen saw another employee step out of the passenger side of the minors car who went back inside. I left to another Wendys onNorth Ninth hoping they may honor my order. Sadly they could not but they were very polite and apologized for my inconvenience.I drove back to this Wendys hoping the "shift change" finally went through. At the drive thru they told me it would be onemoment, same as before. I asked them if they had finished their shift change and the employee stated they were sorry, they werein the bathroom. They then told me to pull through to which I saw the previously employee who was apparently missing thatstepped out of the minors vehicle from earlier. The food was cold and this service was unacceptable. I did not leave with myfood until 11:05, a full hour and ten minutes after arriving. This is ridiculous. Read more

Insanely slow. And when you finally get to the speaker, you wait some more. Then you say "hello?" The attendant says "one moment... please" this goes on a few time for 15 to 20 minutes. I promise I'm not exaggerating, I just happened to have time to wastetoday and a free coupon... plus sunk cost fallacy... I'm writing this review as I wait, 7 cars have already left the line anddriven away in the time that I've been here... Make that 8. Another car just left. And it's not a one time thing, I forgot howincredibly slow this location is when I chose to swing by. 10 now. 11. This one guy just got out of his car to to find outwhat's going on. It's hard for me to believe that the workers aren't doing this on purpose... 12 now... I asked her what thehold up is, she said there are just two of them today. I asked if I could just get a frosty-ccino. She said they don't sellcoffee...that is a lie. I'm leaving now, what a waste of time ???? Read more

What you are looking at in the picture is a Medium Dr.Pepper beside a ?Large? Frosty. My friend paid for a Large Frosty and it... came in a small drink cup. If you pay near $3 for a Large Frosty, you should receive it in a larger cup than what is designatedfor a small drink. Aside from that, the filter for the ice maker is bad so my ice caused my Dr.Pepper to have a pond watertaste. The food was good though. I suppose I could say it wasn't the best but it was a adequate visit. Read more

What happened to the delicious food hree? Half of these were so hard and dry you couldn't bit into them the other half were... soggy and all were COLD, not warm, not cool, but COLD. What does it matter how much I spent ? I paid for food that should'vebeen edible. Sadly I have always bragged that this was the best Wendy's in town. No telling how many people have driven homeand just let it go. Tried to call the store. You can't get through. The message box has not been set up. Tried 9th Ave storecan't reach anyone there either. Davis Store has really gone down hill. I hope Corporate is reading these because somethingreally needs to be done. And if they aren't reading it it'll never be fixed. By the way. If Corporate wants to call me... I will answer "your" call. Read more
