The service by the sweet cashier was absolutely phenomenal and the vibe I got from each employee was that of a happy and... positive disposition and they look to be a wonderful team. Wendy's food seems like it's just not what it used to be though andthat's no fault of the employees because it was all fresh. It's like the buns aren't quite the same soft n steamed sorta n Ifind gristle in my burgers every time now n the nuggets r almost like they've got a different breading on them. Maybe changingvendors? Waited for 40 minutes for 3 5 dollar biggie bags that were exact same. Sweet tea and all. Waited and waited, got the drinks and... the cupholder doesn't even work. Almost spilled into in my seats 3 times. Didn't even get the 4 nuggets in the bags and wasn'teven fully regular, some were spicy. Got home, tried the tea and it was old. I tried calling to complain, and they go straightto busy. If I go back and it happens again, ima just drive off after getting my monback. If I don't get it back, you're gonnasee someone throw their drinks out their vehicle window. Read more

This is the absolute worst wendys I've very been to in my life. There is never anyone in line and it takes forever to get your... good. Good luck with it being correct at that. I've literally been sitting in the drive through for 30 min with only 4 cars inline and no one Inside. They told the vehicle before me they be right with her literally 12 min later finally took her order. Ipull up to the speaker and get I'll be right with you. Took another 9 min to take my order. Food was cold and extremelydisappointing. Will surely be calling and complaing about this one to corporate. Everyone needs to be fired and trained on howyo run a fast food restaurant. A whataburger gets fresh cooked food out everytime with a line long as he'll faster than thisdisgrace. Read more

I ordered through the app when I was 5-6 minutes away from the store. I got in the drive through line and was the 4th car back.... It took 35+ minutes to get the burger I ordered. The Bourbon Bacon Double Cheeseburger was pretty good. Weirdly, some parts ofit were very cold apart from the burger patties. Very strange!! I asked about the offer in the Wendys app and the girl at thewindow just closed the window without replying to me! Quite rude lol. Read more

Crazy busy and pretty disorganized. Went to fast food cuz we were short on time. Would have been quicker at a sit down... restaurant. And our sandwiches got cold before they could get the rest of our order put together but it took so long I wasn'tabout to ask for a remake. They were definitely trying hard. Just too much volume. Yesterday was my second time at this location and both experiences were horrible. The first time I went for lunch and was given ... hard nuggets. The second time I went for breakfast, had to wait a while and they were only accepting cash. After theinconvenience I was given a rock hard biscuit. I didn't have time to return for a refund neither visits bc I was in the area foran appt. A waste of money bc the food wasn't edible! Read more

Omg are you kidding me... I ordered spicy nuggets only to get regular nuggets. I ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger only to get a... rubber flying disk that could knock someone out.. over salted fries and no spoon with our ice cream.
