The idea of fast food is that you can order food, and it will be ready to go quickly. This is not the case for this Wendy's.... Plan on 20 to 40 minutes, even if there's no one else in line. I have not been back to a Wendy's since Ihad this experience. I ordered ahead through the app, picked it up and went home, only... to find that the order was not right and the fries were so burnt that they were inedible. When I called to complain, they didn'tseem interested in making it right. Corporate was closed so there was no resolution. I tried to use the app to make acomplaint, but the kept getting either an error message or the app would freeze. Not worth the hassle, but not going back. Read more
Food is always eh. The staff at this location though take the cake. They have got to be the rudest saddest bunch of people... this town has to offer. Always yelling at customers and such. Watched one older employee yell at an older woman because shesimply couldn't find spoons on the counter. Read more
Worst Wendy?s I?ve ever been too. The guy at the drivethru literally starting barking at my dog to get her barking back. Special... place in eternity for those who are evil to animals. UPDATE: So I woke up this morning and me & my dog are both sick to ourstomach. I ordered her just a plain patty. Common denominator is burgers. Never will I go there again. Read more
Great customer friendly service. Foods always good. The taller young man should be manager, watching him train others and... interact with customers is a gift he bestows and rarely seen at places like these by the rising generation. Read more
This location needs to do better, food quality is not up to par for Wendy's. Management, get it together!
The employee to take our order had a less than desired personality and appeared to have an attitude when I returned to ask for... my receipt, also employees who work at the counter shouldn't be allowed to wear nose jewelry or lip piercings, barely couldunderstand this person and simply turned my stomach to see it ! On the only positive experience was our sandwich, fries ,chicken nuggets were delicious and served in a timely manner. We'll just use the drive thru on our next visit at this location ! Read more
They should notify customers when they are out of stuff when they are ordering. Or at minimum come tell you hey you ordered this... and we don't have part of the ingredients. Not act like it's all there when you hand it to us. And when I go talk to them theydidn't even offer to make it right. Read more
