I went to the waffle hpuse on sorento and blue angel and the boy working early morning got my order wrong a second time. I went... to bauer rd even though its 3 miles out of my way because i wanted wome waffle house. My usual is a ham and cheese omelet withhashbrowns but i was upset so i chose a BLT instead. Lauren recomended the bacon lovers blt and it was delicious. She offered totake care of the situation by means of education. So i stayed to watch her call and kindly explain how the menu works to theother server at the other location. She also showed me. She was kind and sweet to me and to them. Food was excellent. Our waitress along with the only other waitress was too busy visiting with 2 boys that were in there when we... arrived.. She was not very attentive. The place was in desperate need of cleaning. I could understand if it was busy but it was6pm and we were the only table in there, along with the 2 boys.
